The product listing will specify whether cushion inserts or other accessories are included.

COD may not be available for international orders.

Shipping Within India

The estimated delivery time for orders within India is 3–7 business days.

Delivery estimates may vary due to destination, courier serviceability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International Shipping

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, courier partner, customs clearance, and local delivery arrangements.

Estimated international delivery timelines, where available, will be communicated during checkout or order processing.

AUREN will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timelines.

However, delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

9. International Orders, Customs and Import Duties

AUREN may accept international orders from supported countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, European countries, Australia, and New Zealand.

10. Returns and Exchanges

AUREN aims to provide a transparent and customer-friendly shopping experience.

Returns Within India

Customers receiving orders within India may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, products should generally be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In their original condition
• Free from customer-caused damage
• Returned with original tags and packaging, where reasonably possible

These conditions do not restrict statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, misdescribed, or non-conforming products.

Return Shipping Charges

For eligible change-of-mind returns within India, AUREN will bear the return shipping charges.

Customers should follow the return instructions provided by AUREN.

International Returns

The standard 7-day voluntary return policy applies only to orders delivered within India.

International return requests will be assessed under the applicable international return terms and mandatory consumer protection laws of the destination country.

Any international return shipping charges and procedures will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.

Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Online Payments

For eligible orders paid through online payment methods, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used for the transaction, where supported.

Cash on Delivery Payments

For eligible COD refunds, customers may be required to provide valid bank account information so that the refund can be transferred electronically.

Refund Processing Time

Once a return has been received, inspected where appropriate, and approved, AUREN will generally process the refund within 5–7 business days.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Any faster refund timelines or additional remedies required by applicable law will take precedence.

12. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they should contact AUREN as soon as reasonably possible at:

Statutory rights are not restricted by the standard voluntary return period.

13. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

Cancellation requests can be submitted through our customer support email.

If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible before delivery. Customers may instead request a return where eligible under our Shipping & Returns Policy or applicable law.

If an eligible prepaid order is canceled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

AUREN may cancel orders for legitimate operational, security, or compliance reasons, subject to applicable law.

All content published on the AUREN website, including but not limited to:

• Product photographs
• Cushion designs and artwork
• Collection names

• Written content
• Marketing materials

is owned by AUREN or used under appropriate authorization and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, commercial distribution, copying, modification, or use of protected materials is prohibited without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

No intellectual property rights are transferred to customers merely through accessing the website or purchasing products.

15. Product Care and Usage

Customers should follow the care instructions provided with each product or displayed on the relevant product page.

Improper washing, exposure to unsuitable chemicals, excessive heat, or misuse may damage textile products.

AUREN is not responsible for damage directly caused by improper use or failure to follow reasonable care instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Normal wear and tear is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect.
